The hotel is not directly connected to the JR building. Guests can use the underground passage to exit at the 21 exit, which takes only about 30 seconds to reach the hotel. The entire underground route may take around 10 minutes, but there are a few stairs, making it slightly challenging with heavy luggage.

Is there an airport shuttle service available, and where can it be caught?
